Leadership Paddock: Pit Stops for Progress
A Trusted Space for Directors and Managers Growing into Leadership
Leading at the Next Level Requires More Than Just Technical Expertise
Transitioning from an individual contributor to a leadership role can feel overwhelming. Suddenly, you’re expected to set direction, navigate corporate dynamics, and influence key decisions—all while balancing personal and professional demands.
Leadership Paddock: Pit Stops for Progress is a 100% scholarship-funded leadership community designed specifically for Directors and Managers in tech, product companies, and startups who are stepping into higher leadership roles. It’s a space to develop your leadership, gain confidence, and connect with like-minded professionals who are on the same journey. 🏎️💨
Who This Community is For
Leadership Paddock is built for ambitious leaders who:
🛞 Want to enhance their executive presence, communication, strategic thinking, and influence.
🛞 Are navigating corporate politics and leadership challenges but don’t always have a mentor or trusted advisor to turn to.
🛞 Struggle with imposter syndrome, delegation, and balancing their leadership responsibilities.
🛞 Are committed to growing as leaders but don’t want to get lost in generic leadership advice.
It’s a coaching-based space where I act as a trusted advisor, helping you think through your biggest challenges, build leadership confidence, and navigate your career growth with clarity.
In racing, the paddock isn’t just a parking lot—it’s the heart of the competition. It’s where teams set up shop, troubleshoot issues, and prepare for the next challenge. Unlike the pit lane, where quick fixes happen mid-race, the paddock is where the real work gets done—where drivers, mechanics, and even competitors come together to get every car back on track. In vintage racing, that sense of camaraderie runs even deeper. If a rival’s car breaks down, you don’t just watch—you step in and help.
That same mindset applies to leadership. Too often, leaders hesitate, waiting for permission to contribute. But great leadership isn’t about waiting—it’s about stepping in, offering value, and trusting that you belong in the conversation.
A paddock mindset in leadership means:
🏁 Supporting others without hesitation.
🏁 Asking for help without fear.
🏁 Trusting that you belong in the conversation.

FAQs
🧰 Why is this free?
This is 100% scholarship-funded—a way to give back and support leaders like you. No catch, no hidden sales pitch. If at some point you want private coaching, you can explore that, but there’s no pressure.
🧰 What if I can’t make a session?
I understand things come up—we’ll work together when life or work throws a curveball. That said, showing up live is the norm, not the exception. Participation matters because the value comes from engaging in real time with the group. Sessions are recorded for members only (never for distribution), but the expectation is that you’ll be there live and present whenever possible.
